RCEL/BP Summer Drone Camp

RCEL is partnering with BP and TrumballUnmanned to host a FREE summer camp at Rice University focused on teaching 7-8th grade students the fundamentals of engineering, building, and flying drone aircraft.
The camp will be capped at 20 students, and the application is competitive.
Instructors and speakers include Air Force fighter pilots, industry experts, BP engineers, NASA researchers, and Rice faculty. Students will learn the basic science and engineering of aviation and drone technology, and will then construct and fly their own drones.
