Book-signing: “Starting Up Silicon Valley: How ROLM Became a Cultural Icon and Fortune 500 Company”

The inside story of the Rice grads who helped build Silicon Valley. Author Katherine Maxfield will present her book, “Starting Up Silicon Valley: How ROLM Became a Cultural Icon and Fortune 500 Company” at a book signing event on November 13. Ms. Maxfield will give a reading from the book and share reflections of this game-changing company and the founders (and Rice graduates) who become early influencers of Silicon Valley! Presentation will start at 6:30pm, with book signing reception to follow. Evening drinks and light hors d’oeuvres will be served at the reception.
