Throughout the academic year, RCEL sponsors various events and workshops for RCEL students and the school of engineering. Speakers bring a unique point of view of industry and the role engineers play in the world. Spots for 'Engineers in the Room' - participating in Engineering Leadership Labs - are also available.

RCEL mentors have the opportunity to shape the academic and professional growth of a future engineering leader. A mentor's personal insight, advice, and guidance complement the technical education that RCEL students receive through classroom instruction and applied leadership experiences.
